Description: Vermentino di Gallura DOCG with great ambitions and the intention of bringing to the table the authenticity of the single grape variety, the scents of the land, the light, and the countless challenges of Gallura that allow the vine to express itself at its best, creating a unique and unrepeatable grape that transforms into an intensely structured wine, with rich and generous aromas. In Gallura, the only one among the Vermentino DOCs to have the DOCG denomination, it is harvested at full ripeness, refined through a slow batonnage to extract the finest characteristics of this prestigious DOCG.
Characteristics: Intense straw yellow color with hints of eucalyptus and aromatic and sea notes, essences that embrace the vine and the constant presence of maritime scents.
Origin Vineyard: Always from the southeastern areas of Gallura, where the grape variety finds better balance and preserves the varietal expressions of the grapes.
Harvest: Traditional, manual in crates.
