Order preparation
Order processing time can vary from a few hours if all products are in stock to a maximum of 2/3 business days if the products are fresh or out of stock. Rarely, there might be slight additional delays (beyond the 3 business days) in order fulfillment due to supplier/producer or courier issues.
Fresh products
To ensure the quality of all our fresh products, any order containing at least one fresh product will be shipped no later than Tuesday. This policy helps us mitigate potential courier or customs delays, ensuring that delicate products do not sit in transit over the weekend.
Courier information and delivery time
We typically use FedEx Priority service to ship our products, which ensures a delivery time ranging from 1 to 3 business days.
There might be delays in delivery times caused by the courier or customs, especially during peak periods like August, Easter, Black Friday, and Christmas.
Some more remote destinations may experience delivery delays.
