Verdicchio IGT Lazio is a sophisticated organic white wine that accentuates the minerality and elegance of this native grape, thereby really expressing Lazio’s terroir.
It shows fragrances of broom flower, cider, winter melon, and chamomile with a slight trace of petroleum from its straw yellow hue and greenish reflections. On the palate, it is fresh and mineral with a medium persistence that reflects the smells on the nose and a precisely balanced acidity.
Organic Winemaking Approach
The winery follows a certified organic farming method that prioritizes sustainability and environmental respect. Chemical herbicides are entirely avoided, with only mechanical methods used for weed control.
