Description
The company’s olive groves are mixed, respecting traditional agriculture and characteristic of large Tuscan farms. The number of olive trees of the company is about 8,000 units, of which about 2,000 have the sole purpose of containing the soil being present in soils that are difficult to cultivate.
The varieties of cultivars present on the territory of the Estate are Frantoio, Raggiola Moraiolo and Leccino, but they are not arranged close to each other as in a specialized plant, and are alternated by fields or vineyards.
A refined and balanced Extra Virgin Olive Oil of excellent quality, characterized by slightly almondy fruity scents, with low acidity and a marked sweetness and delicacy.
