Description
From the hills of Murgia, Est Rosa tells a narrative of light, perfume, and expressive winemaking rather than just a rosé. Certified organic and made from Primitivo and Aglianico grapes, this wine embodies the lively spirit of southern Italy with a mix of heritage and refinement.
The must is delicately pressed and undergoes a gentle, 40-day fermentation at controlled temperatures after a short skin contact of just four hours, then a brief 2-month refinement in bottle to maintain its exquisite complexity.
Est Rosa shines in the glass with a vibrant cherry pink tint. Springlike and delicate, the nose presents aromas of juicy red berries, peach flowers, and rose petals. Surprisingly dry and mineral on the palate, it offsets its gentle, flowery aromas with freshness and sophistication.
Renowned across years by Gambero Rosso, Veronelli, Vinous, Wine Enthusiast, and others, Est Rosa is among Puglia’s most famous rosés—genuine, expressive, and very approachable.
Ideal for balmy evenings, elegant pairings, or just those times when only a lovely glass of rosé would suffice.
