Technical Notes:
- Terroir: The vineyards are situated on rolling hills with slopes ranging from gentle to moderate. The soils vary across the estate, including deep, stony, and calcareous soils derived from marine Pliocene clay sands, and grey-blue clay soils. The latter are moderately deep, mineral-rich, and retain moisture well.
- Training System: Cordon Spur – Banfi Bush Vine
- Planting Density: 2,400 – 5,500 vines/ha.
- Yield per Hectare: 65 q/ha.

Production Method:
- Fermentation: Controlled temperature fermentation (27-29°C) in a combination of stainless steel and French oak Horizon tanks.
- Aging: 80% of the wine is aged in 60-90 hl French oak casks, while the remaining 20% matures in 350-liter French oak barriques for 2 years.
