The liqueur is crafted by Liquorificio Pacini, a family-owned distillery founded in Sardinia in 1944. With over three generations of expertise, the distillery blends tradition and passion to create exceptional spirits.
The process begins in late December, when the myrtle berries are fully ripe. Using specialized combs, the berries are carefully harvested and transported in jute sacks to the production facility in Elmas. Here, they are macerated in alcohol, shielded from sunlight and heat to preserve their delicate flavors. The result is an infusion of exceptional quality, later transformed into this unique liqueur.
Certified at its origin, this liqueur boasts scientifically recognized antioxidant properties, as noted in Plant Foods for Human Nutrition (2017).
