Artisanal Sour Cherry Amaretti are one of our finest products, meticulously crafted with great care. Soft Abruzzese amaretti, handmade one by one with high-quality pieces of sour cherries. In addition to a few simple but essential ingredients: almonds, sugar, and whipped egg white. Individually packaged to best preserve their fragrance.
Between Sweet and Bitter, a “Perfect Balance”
We use only top-quality almonds and semi-candied sour cherries in our amaretti. The shape of the product is entrusted to the manual skill of our artisans, who are now like family, kneading egg white, sugar, and almonds before coating them in sugar for the outer glaze.
All our amaretti are enclosed in elegant and exclusive packaging, made from 80% recycled food-grade aluminum and plastic, which is fully recyclable in turn.
