Soft Abruzzese almond amaretti with finely chopped pistachios directly in the dough, handmade one by one. In addition to a few simple but essential ingredients: almonds, sugar, and whipped egg white. Handmade and individually packaged to preserve their fragrance at its best.
Between Sweet and Bitter, a “Perfect Balance”
Real chopped pistachios to make these amaretti unique, a specialty of Artemisia. The shape of the product is entrusted to the manual skill of our artisans, who are now like family, kneading egg white, sugar, and almonds before coating them in sugar for the outer glaze.
All our amaretti are enclosed in elegant and exclusive packaging, made from 80% recycled food-grade aluminum and plastic, which is fully recyclable in turn.
