Soft Abruzzese almond amaretti with pieces of dehydrated pineapple and cinnamon powder, handmade one by one. A few simple yet essential ingredients: almonds, sugar, and whipped egg white. Delicious pieces of dehydrated pineapple and cinnamon powder directly in the dough of our amaretti create a perfect blend of flavors. The shape of the product is entrusted to the manual skill of our artisans, who are now like family, kneading egg white, sugar, and almonds before coating them in sugar for the outer glaze.
