Artisanal Citrus Amaretti are one of our finest products, crafted with the utmost care. Soft Abruzzese amaretti made with selected citrus paste, handcrafted one by one. In addition to a few simple but essential ingredients: almonds, sugar, and whipped egg white. Handmade and individually packaged to best preserve their fragrance.
Between Sweet and Bitter, a “Perfect Balance”
In our Amaretti, only selected citrus paste and top-quality almonds are used. The shape of the product is entrusted to the manual skill of our artisans, who have become like family. They knead egg white, sugar, and almonds, then dip it in sugar for the external glaze.
All our amaretti are enclosed in elegant and exclusive packaging, made from 80% recycled food-grade aluminum and plastic, which is also fully recyclable.
