From the very beginning of our business, our goal has always been to preserve the cultural heritage of Minori, to spread and celebrate its traditions, still deeply rooted in us, and thus, to promote the entire territory of the Amalfi Coast. We personally handle the processing of lemons and all our products. We meticulously oversee every production phase with care, professionalism, and great passion, from lemon harvesting, which is strictly hand-peeled, to bottling and distribution. We believe that only by respecting ancient traditions can we ensure a unique, fresh, genuine, and entirely Italian product. Every day, we open the doors of our workshop to the public, where you can purchase and taste our Limoncello along with all our other products, while simultaneously witnessing firsthand all the processing stages to discover the transformation of lemons into the famous Limoncello of our Carlo Mansi Liquorificio.
