Moscato Passito Piemonte DOC – Luscious & Aromatic Dessert Wine

From: $60.80

Designed from 100% Moscato grapes grown on calcareous-marl soils with clay layers, Moscato Passito Piemonte DOC is a rich and aromatic dessert wine.

Concentrating their natural sugars and aromas, the grapes are left to wither on racks for four months, following a traditional appassimento technique. Mild pressing occurs four months after harvest; the must is preserved in freshness and purity by fermentation in stainless steel vats.

Golden yellow in color, it has an intense and persistent aroma, where honeyed notes take center stage. On the palate, it is mildly sweet yet vibrant, with a long and satisfying finish.

Just as time shapes the core of this passito, so does patience perfect its beauty—like the slow but deliberate path of a tortoise toward its beloved destination.

Perfect for desserts, aged cheeses, and sophisticated pairings, this elegant Moscato Passito is a must-have for aficionados of refined and expressive sweet wines.
