Made from Montepulciano and Sangiovese grapes, this wine preserves its freshness and aromatic complexity through quick cryomaceration, followed by gentle pressing and temperature-regulated fermentation.
Its bright pale pink hue presents a fruity scent of white peach and strawberry, leading to a harmonic, reviving sip with a smooth, lingering aftertaste.
Perfect for both laid-back aperitifs and sophisticated dining, “il vicolo” is a flexible and elegant rosé, ideal with seafood dishes, light starters, and Mediterranean appetizers.
